Bio:
Frost Children, the sibling duo of Angel and Lulu Prost, started in St. Louis, Missouri, before planting roots in New York City’s vibrant scene. Born in the early ’90s, they grew up jamming at Sunday mass, with Angel on bass and Lulu on drums, later forming cover bands like the Beatles-inspired Termites (Lulu) and Scott Pilgrim soundtrack-loving Permafrost (Angel). They formed Frost Children in 2019, kicking off with a remote cover of Fall Out Boy’s “Yule Shoot Your Eye Out.” Their 2023 album Speed Run—featuring collabs with EXUM, May Rio, and manager Blaketheman1000—was a hyperpop club banger, while its companion Hearth Room (2023) leaned into acoustic vibes. Their latest, SISTER (2024), dropped via True Panther/Dirty Hit, blending their love for emo, EDM, and internet meme culture. With a cult following on Discord and Instagram (33K followers), their music on Spotify and Apple Music thrives on chaotic energy, alienating lyrics, and a tight-knit fanbase of music nerds and fashion kids. Frost Children are New York’s glitchy, genre-defying rebels.
