The Kid LAROI’s upcoming album, BEFORE I FORGET, is set for release on January 9, 2026, through Columbia Records. This project marks his third studio album and promises to be his most personal and introspective work yet. After scrapping a previously completed album that no longer resonated with him, The Kid LAROI returned to the studio and crafted BEFORE I FORGET in just four months, keeping only a single track, “I’m So In Love With You,” from the earlier version. The result, as LAROI describes, is a sadder, more emotionally charged and nostalgic album that directly reflects what he’s been experiencing.​

Fans have already gotten a taste of the album’s direction with the singles “A COLD PLAY” and “A PERFECT WORLD,” both showcasing his blend of melodic hooks and raw lyricism. The album consists of 15 songs, with a cover shot by Thibaut Grevet, capturing LAROI in a personal, evocative pose that mirrors the project’s emotional openness. According to LAROI, this is his favorite and most honest work so far, and he hopes listeners will connect deeply with its stories and moods. The album will be supported by live performances, including arena dates in the US and a return to Australia in early 2026.​
